The library
Library costs 79 kr a month. You can add 100 videos per calendar month and follow 10 channels. A calendar month follows Norwegian time. Unused monthly videos don't carry over to the next month.
The subscription renews and is charged every month until you cancel it. You manage it from the account page. When you cancel, the renewal stops. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
When the subscription stops, either because you cancel or because the payment fails, the account is paused for 30 days. The library is closed, but nothing is deleted. If you subscribe again before the deadline, everything is there as before. After 30 days the account is deleted. The date is shown on the account page. If the account has paid credits left, is shared, or has an unsettled payment, it is not deleted automatically.
API credits
200 API credits cost 49 kr as a one-time purchase. They are a separate balance and are not part of the library subscription. Usage is shown on the account page.
Content and delivery
We fetch available transcripts from YouTube. A video can lack a transcript or become unavailable. What you can fetch therefore depends on what YouTube makes available. You are responsible for making sure your use of the content respects the rights to it.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is made. Send a clear message that you want to withdraw to anders@skapnerden.com. Say what you bought and when. You don't need to give a reason.
We don't treat using the service as an automatic waiver of the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights also apply once you have started using the service.
Read the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (in Norwegian) for deadlines and rights.
Errors and complaints
Get in touch if the service doesn't work as agreed, or the payment is wrong. Say what happened and when. These terms don't limit the rights you have under Norwegian consumer law. If we can't agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority.
